How we publish useful, verifiable preparation guidance.
This policy applies to educational guides and articles published on The Panel's public website.
Our publishing standard
Public guidance should answer a learner's question directly, distinguish preparation advice from official rules and avoid unsupported claims. We do not publish invented scores, student outcomes, qualifications, reviews or guarantees.
Official sources
Test-format, booking, score and policy facts should be checked against the relevant official provider. For PTE Academic, the primary source is Pearson PTE. Official provider information takes precedence if it differs from our preparation guidance.
Authors, review and dates
Pages identify the publishing organisation and show publication or update dates where those records are available. We only name individual authors or reviewers when the admin system supplies genuine identity and credential information.
Corrections
Material inaccuracies should be corrected promptly and the page's update date changed. Readers can report a possible error through the contact page or by emailing support@thepanelau.com.
Automation and AI assistance
Automation may assist with drafting, formatting or quality checks. It must not be used to fabricate expertise, evidence or learner results. Published facts remain subject to source review and business approval.
Commercial transparency
The Panel sells access to preparation services. Educational pages may link to relevant practice modules or plans. Those links do not change the requirement to provide accurate, useful information.
